If you are like many others in our community and you are struggling with addiction to heroin, opioid prescription medication, alcohol, nicotine, or any other substance, we can help.
We offer medication assisted treatments (MAT) such as Buprenorphine (Suboxone) and Naltrexone (Vivitrol), as well as behavioral health and primary care treatments that will help you regain control over your life. Our providers are supportive and offer treatment without judgment.
Our Recovery Care Coordinators work with you to manage your addiction and to adopt a healthy lifestyle. MAT is the most effective evidence-based care that we have to treat substance use disorders. We combine MAT with behavioral health and community support to create a treatment plan for you. And we understand that it’s not a one-time cure – we want to work with you over the course of your life to make sure that you continue on a healthy path.
Addiction can happen to anyone. We can help you find a way forward.
Our substance use treatment programs are managed by the Center for Key Populations (CKP). CKP works to break down the barriers that substance-using populations face when they try to access health care, and to address the many co-morbidities that these populations experience. In addition to substance-using populations, CKP focuses on those living with, affected by, or at-risk of developing HIV/AIDS and Hep C; LGB+ and Trans populations; and the homeless.
