We have been keeping families in Connecticut healthy for 50 years. Our patients are at the center of what we do, which is why when you’re a patient at CHC, you have a team of medical, dental, and behavioral health professionals working together to make you the healthiest you can be.
Only the patient (and if the patient is a minor, the patient’s parent/guardian) will be allowed into the building for an appointment. Please call us if you have a fever or cough. These steps are for everyone’s health and safety – thank you for your understanding!
