Circle of Moms

Circle of Moms is a warm and supportive group for moms and babies (birth – 18 months). Join us to get help navigating this transition to new motherhood if you are a first time mom or if you have recently welcomed a new baby to your family. Find support, resources and friendship. This group is especially helpful for identifying early signs of postpartum anxiety and depression. Issues such as feeling/nursing, sleep, relationships, your own new identity as a mother and many other important issues will be part of our ongoing discussion.

Circle of Moms meets via Zoom every Monday from 10:30 am – 11:30 am – facilitated by Emily Reyes, LCSW- Please reach out to Nat Holmes at holmesn@chc1.com for more information.
