Consideration for applicants from international programs for the program will be conducted on a case by case basis. Applicants who have a valid and active immigration status for the United States that would cover the applicant training year are preferred. International applicants are also required to submit to CHC a copy of their training equivalency through the World Education Service (WES) or a similar accrediting body to confirm that their academic program is equivalent to American Psychological Association (APA) standards.
A postdoctoral resident is hired as a full-time contracted employee of Community Health Center, Inc. for the training year. Residents will be provided multiple benefits, including paid time off, continuing education funds and time off, and medical and dental insurance.
