CHC’s strength lies in the talent, expertise, commitment and diversity of our leadership.

As a consumer led organization, the majority of our board of directors are CHC patients. Our board members provide leadership that reflects the many interests, issues and concerns of the people in the counties, cities, towns and communities they represent. CHC has been so successful in improving healthcare because while we are a statewide organization, we realize that all healthcare is local.

CHC makes a concerted effort to hire staff from the communities where we are located. Our staff members reflect the diversity of the  communities we serve and they also provide a daily voice in insuring that our services are sensitive to the needs of our patients.
